When you published an opportunity and students apply through SiROP, as a host you have access to all applications, including the attached documents (you can export them as a zip file.).

To have a look at the applications, log in and choose my applications. By clicking the applicants icon, you will get an overview over all applications.

Here you have multiple options on how to proceed with your applications:


  1. Search table: Use box on top to search the table for text.
  2. Sort table: To sort click the header of a row.
  3. Filter table: Use drop-downs to filter for a value.
  4. Application details view: Click the applicant's name to see all details.
  5. Select multiple applications: Click the checkboxes.
  6. Select by IDs: Copy and paste any number of IDs from the exported excel to select theses applications at once
  7. Download .zip: Create and download a zip file with an Excel table and all attachments. You can choose to download “all-in-one” PDFs instead.
  8. Write internal note: Add internal information to the application. Hosts get notified by email.
  9. Send message: Communicate with applicants to request information. Candidate and Hosts get notified by email.
  10. Assign reviewers: Generates an email which gives the recipient access to the selected applications.
  11. Update Status: Updates also trigger emails to applicants and asks them to confirm they will participate.
  12. Reviews: Link to the review cockpit
